N2 provides a designated account handler to each contract who is directly responsible for organising milestones and their implementation and who will remain fully accountable throughout a project.

The designated account handler will remain in constant contact throughout any project to provide assistance and progress reports where required. Both the Managing Director and Production Director, who may be contacted personally at liberty, monitor the account handler internally.

In normal course of events, N2 generally offers two or three design variations of high resolution digital proofs made into a mock up of the job. This enables our client to get an informed idea of the finished item which we would present at our client's offices and gauge their reaction in order to determine the design path for the contract. Intermediate proofing is often achieved through electronically supplied PDF proofs.

We actively encourage clients to visit our studio to understand the feel for what we are trying to achieve and welcome their input during the design process.

Our systems have worked efficiently for over 25 years and we have an excellent track record meeting all specified criteria to determined timescales.
