Policies

The policy of N2 is to provide services which are performed in accordance with specifications and customer requirements.

The company firmly believes that quality shall be inherent in its operational processes, with Quality Assurance staff being responsible for implementation of Quality Systems and the conduct of performance reviews.

All policies and procedures operated by the company in the area of Quality Assurance are issued with the authority of the Managing Director and are maintained by the Production Director and Quality Co-ordinator in accordance with specified guidelines.

All employees, including new starters, are aware of this company's Quality Policy and are required to observe the laid down procedures at all times.

In 25 years of trading, quality control and service has been our corner stone. Extremely high levels of customer loyalty add to our belief that quality is pre-requisite and not an optional extra.
